Software development services, run by product operators

Five ways of working with one Pakistan-based engineering team in Abbottabad. Every service below is backed by the same evidence: Skoo and Xenwap, two AI SaaS products we build, operate, and support in production ourselves.

NDA-friendly · You own the code and agreed IP · Weekly demos · Post-launch support

Across every service

Cloud, security, and QA are built in, not sold separately

Cloud architecture and deployment, role-based access, secure secrets handling, review environments, backups, logging, and dependency maintenance are scoped into each project rather than listed as separate products. Quality assurance runs through the milestone process: agreed acceptance criteria, weekly working demos, and documented handover.

Questions buyers ask

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You do. The contract specifies source-code ownership, third-party licences, the IP transfer point, and your repository access. You receive the source code, deployment documentation, and agreed IP rights.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. A mutual NDA is available before any sensitive discovery discussion.

How does an engagement start?

With a free 30-minute technical consultation. If there is a fit, a focused discovery follows, and you receive a proposal that defines deliverables, exclusions, milestones, acceptance criteria, and change control.

Can you work with an existing codebase or in-house team?

Yes. We begin with a technical review of the current system, agree on what changes and what stays, and integrate with your team through a shared backlog and agreed overlap hours.

How do we stay in the loop during the build?

A weekly live demo of working software by default, daily asynchronous updates where useful, a shared backlog, review environments, and a named delivery owner.
