A product company that builds for clients
Xenova Tech Pvt Ltd is a product engineering company in Abbottabad, Pakistan. We build custom software and AI SaaS for clients worldwide, and we operate two SaaS products of our own. That second part changes everything about the first.
Why we operate products
Most agencies hand over a build and move on. We wanted the lessons that only arrive after launch: the support ticket at exam time, the payment that confirms twice, the school that loses connectivity on fee day, the AI reply that must never guess. So we built Skoo, an AI school management platform, and Xenwap, a WhatsApp growth platform, and we run both.
Operating our own SaaS taught us what launch-only teams rarely price in: onboarding is a feature, permissions are a product decision, reconciliation is harder than payment, and reliability under bad networks is designed, not hoped for. Every client engagement inherits those defaults.
It also keeps our advice honest. When we recommend cutting a feature from your MVP, it is because we have paid for the opposite mistake ourselves.
The people
Software is bought from people, not from websites. The founder and the engineers who will actually work on your product are named here, not an anonymous “our team of experts.”

Founder & CTO
Sanaullah Khan is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of Xenova Tech. He has spent more than a decade building and scaling production software across fintech, enterprise, SaaS, and cloud environments, as CTO of Financials Unlimited (accounting and POS), EyeSmarty (employee productivity monitoring), R-Sheen Group of Companies, and Ultimate Fintech Solution, and across products including EyeKYC (KYC, AML, and KYB compliance), Adaege (voucher-based digital payments), and AsanShopping (e-commerce search). At Xenova he leads the team behind Skoo and Xenwap and works directly with client teams from discovery through delivery, turning complex business requirements into secure, production-ready systems that hold up after launch.

Publish only what we can demonstrate
No invented client counts, badges, or testimonials. If a claim appears on this site, it can be checked.
Design for the real operating context
Load-shedding, low-end devices, bilingual users, local payment rails. Software that ignores its environment fails politely in the demo and loudly in production.
The client owns the product
Code, documentation, and agreed IP transfer to you. Dependence on us should be a choice, never a trap.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
If the scope is too big, the data is not ready, or AI is the wrong tool, we say so in discovery, when it is cheap.

Working across time zones
We work from PKT (UTC+5). Gulf teams get near-full working-day overlap; European teams get convenient same-day overlap every afternoon. For UK, US, and Australian clients we agree a specific overlap window and communication cadence during discovery, so the rhythm is a plan, not a surprise.
