What we collect, and why

You can browse this entire site without providing any personal information. We collect information only when you choose to send it:

• Project brief form: your name, work email, company, project details, budget range, and, only if you choose a call or WhatsApp, a phone number. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and run the conversation you asked for.
• Consultation booking: if you book a call, the details you enter are handled by our scheduling provider, Cal.com, under its own privacy policy.
• Direct contact: if you email or WhatsApp us, we receive what you send.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, our form processing provider. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com. WhatsApp messages are handled by Meta. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information, share it with anyone for their marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking separately.

WhatsApp Business API messaging

Xenova Tech operates Xenwap and Skoo, which use the WhatsApp Business API to send messages (such as business notifications, customer updates, or school attendance alerts) on behalf of our clients to their end customers or parents. When this service is used, we process limited data necessary to deliver these messages, primarily phone numbers and message content. This data is transmitted and stored in accordance with Meta’s own WhatsApp Business Platform data handling terms, and is retained only as long as needed to provide the messaging service to our clients. Clients, or the end recipients of these messages, may request correction or deletion of this data by contacting [email protected].

Cookies and analytics

This site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If we add consent-aware analytics later, this policy will be updated first and the tools will be named here.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you sent us: email [email protected] and we will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
