Data deletion instructions

If you would like any personal data or account data associated with you deleted, including data connected through a third-party login such as Facebook or Meta, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data deletion request.” Include:

  • The name and/or email address associated with your data.
  • If applicable, the name of the app, product, or platform (e.g. Facebook/Meta) through which we received your data.

What happens next

We verify the request and permanently delete the associated personal data from our systems within 30 days. We will reply to your email to confirm once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

Any personal data we hold about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any project or enquiry details you submitted through this website or a connected third-party login. See our privacy policy for what we collect and why.
